When you launch the app for the first time, you'll go through a quick onboarding process where you can select a goal. Based on that goal, we’ll recommend a few helpful starter habits for you.
Absolutely! You can edit or remove any of the pre-selected habits at any time. Just tap the habit and choose 'Edit Habit' or 'Delete'.
Tap the '+' button on the home screen, add your habit details, set a schedule, and you're good to go!
Yes! You can edit any habit's name, schedule, reminder, or goal by opening the habit and tapping 'Edit Habit'.
Streaks count the number of consecutive days you’ve completed a habit as per your schedule. It’s a fun way to stay motivated!
No worries! Missing a day won’t erase your progress. Just jump back in the next day and keep going.
